Shocker UHMWPE is manufactured using unique and proprietary mix of materials that not only retains traditional UHMW properties, but also significantly increases the critical performance aspects. This enhanced UHMWPE provides improved resistance to wear, low co-efficient of friction, improved UV
resistance, improved chemical resistance when compared to traditional UHMW. Parts made from Shocker UHMWPE are ideal for components such as paddles, gears, sprockets, scrapers, bearings, bushings, chain guides etc.

In-field Wear Resistance Test Paddles manufactured from Shocker UHMWPE were installed in a fertilizer conveyor in parallel to the standard UHMWPE used for that application. After 3 months of conveyor run time, the two types of paddles were measured for wear and compared. It was confirmed that Shocker paddles had a 2X improvement in wear resistance.
